Dear Colleagues, although I have what is called, I believe, "expert access", I may not view the images from the above manuscript: https://ntvmr.uni-muenster.de/manuscript-workspace?docID=32954 This is the first time such at thing has happened, and my access to other images remains unrestricted. How can I solve this problem?

Hi Georgi - I have the same problem, however you will find there are in fact several manuscripts with images that aren't accessible even for "expert" access - this is likely due to extra restrictions from the holding institutions (which don't always grant the INTF to show their updated images).
