While transcribing G-A 69 in Matthew, I've come to Mt 26:39 which includes a variant , i.e. a parallel to Lk 22:43-44.  The Luke verses are indexed and show up in the transcription in Matthew.  I'm guessing Luke was indexed in Matthew here so that a base text was supplied for the variant (since the long variant is not in the NA basetext).  Should I delete the indexing for Luke and just add the text at the end of Mt 26:39, or should I keep the Luke indexing for some reason?
