NA28 at odds with VMR Images συνεπισκοποις Phil 1:1

 NA28 uses a negative apparatus for the variation unit in Phil 1:1 (text: συν επισκοποις; variant: συνεπισκοποις). Support for the variant is listed explicitly: 032 062 025vid 075 33 1241 1739 1881. This leads us to infer support for the text reading as including the following extant consistently cited manuscripts: 01 02 03* 06 010 012 016 018 020 044 0278 104 81 365 630 1175 1505 2464.

This, however seems problematic. First, 01 02 03* 06 010 012 016 don't have any accentuation or spacing which would suggest support for either reading. Secondly, the negative apparatus would have us infer 018 020 81 1175 1505 as supporting the Text Reading, but this is contrary to my VMR image autopsies in which only a single accent can be read.

Thanks for any help.
