61A

At Acts 3:20, ECM list προκεκηρουγμενον as the reading of 61A (reading cf). This is taken from the transcription. Two remarks and a question:

1. I think the marginal reading is προκεκηρυγμενον.

2. This reading is actually the Textus Receptus reading, which rests on (mistaken) retranslation of the Vulgate reading, introduced in Erasmus’ first edition of 1516.

What policy/best practice is there to deal with such readings only known from printed editions but entered in the margins of manuscripts by some Western scholar?
