Split a/b -- R1

Nouns determined by a genitive attribute often lack the article in the NT under the influence of the LXX against common Greek usage.[1] Thus, the article may have secondarily been inserted in a. The incoherencies in the b attestation, however, show that there was a tendency to omit it. This tendency may partly be due to an inclination to omit αἱ after an equally sounding vowel.
