The majority of witnesses have a broad range of A-related witnesses at the top and support b. The addition of δέ would seem natural here, but on the other hand it may have been accidentally skipped before ΓΕ-.[1]
[1] Ziegler’s text of Is 53:8 does not have δέ, but the apparatus shows broad support for its presence. Barrett (430) and Pervo (225) again refer to Ziegler’s text as “the” LXX.
