GC: There is a coherent majority attestation with a broad A-related basis for a, and partly incoherent attestation with a narrower A-related strand for b.

TP: Luke transforms the end of a quotation from Am 9:11f by adding a phrase possibly taken from Is 45:21 (Apg 15:18).[1] There is no bearing on meaning whether the participial phrase at the end of 15:17 is attributive (with the article) or predicative. The only argument in favor of b is the difference from the quoted LXX text according to Ziegler’s edition.[2] However, given the coherent majority attestation for a, it is more likely that the article was accidentally omitted by several scribes than that the initial text did not contain it.
