I am confused regarding the documentation of GA 629 in this verse:

οἱ δὲ Ἰουδαῖοι παρώτρυναν (8) τὰς σεβομένας γυναῖκας τὰς εὐσχήμονας καὶ τοὺς πρώτους τῆς πόλεως καὶ (30) ἐπήγειραν διωγμὸν (initial text)
ιουδαιοι δε επεγειραν διωγμον (GA 629).

It seems that there is an omission of words 8-30 in GA 629, which is neither noted in the apparatus nor in the list of lacunae.

I would have expected something like:

8-30 a παρώτρυναν τὰς σεβομένας γυναῖκας τὰς εὐσχήμονας καὶ τοὺς πρώτους τῆς πόλεως καὶ
b om. 629

Also, why is 629 not listed after "-" in the variants to the words 8, 15, 22-24, and 28?
