The transcription reads περιεϲχωμενοι, noting that the editio princeps reads περιεσzωμενοι. I think the editio princeps has it right, as is revelaed by the high-res image. There is no trace of the second diagonal stroke in the letter, and this zeta looks very much in keeping with the scribe's other zetas in the MS.
