GC: There is coherent majority attestation with a broad A-related basis for a, but there is scattered support for b that has only P74 and 03 as A-related witnesses.

TP: The article is required according to common Greek usage, which is observed in the NT as a rule, though the LXX has some exceptions.[1] The less common Greek construction of the majority reading is probably primary, considering the incoherencies in the b attestation illustrate the tendency to insert the article.
