I was working on several pages of GA 2396, and the handwriting style seemed to me to be possibly 11th century. When I checked the Liste I was surprised to see it listed as 13th century. The host institution, The University of Chicago Library lists it as 12th century.

There are very few ligatures, and the final nu is frequently a capital letter (N). But then the scribe fully spells out the various forms of Theos and Jesus, while using the nomina sacra for other words including Spirit, Son, and Lord.

The INTF might want to take another look at GA 2396 to possibly re-assess the 13th century date currently assigned.
