GC: The omission has a small and incoherent attestation with 03 and 05 as most prominent witnesses. 03 is the only witness of b that is closely related to A. The reading ἐγώ has a coherent attestation that includes many witnesses closely related to A.

TP: The explicit pronoun is unnecessary for understanding the phrase. Because of the tendency for 03 to omit small words that do not make difference in meaning, the shorter reading seems to be secondary, although it differs from parallel passages in OT and NT:

In a situation where occasional omission seems likely the committee preferred reading a due to a coherent transmission with an early A-related core.
