Hi Troy. Another oldie, as I called a ms. that Ulrich posted. This one is Romans 1:1-7, shorter, lacking the words between ονοματος (vs. 5) and ιηυ χρυ (vs. 6). What you annotated is (ιη)υ (overlining omitted by me), which also clearly appears in the first and eighth lines. What I don't get is why the accusative article τους is used in front of ουσιν. It should be τοις, as in the printed texts, πασιν τοις ουσιν (vs. 7, lines 8 & 9). At least that's what I learned in my 7:30 am first year Greek class back in the day.
