At the beginning of John 4:40 (p. 1355 A 8), the current VMR transcription renders B* συνηλθον ουν ¦ B¹ ως ουν συνηλθον ¦ B² ηλθον ουν. Yet, B* appears to have written ουν ηλθον ουν and B¹ as ως συνηλθον ουν, though It is somewhat difficult to make sure whether B¹ did introduce any omission mark to the first ουν.
