MOTB Greek Paul Project

In the screenshot below (the first a closer image and the second a bigger one) I have shown an image of 256 in 2 Timothy 4. There is a strange interruption between τασ and μεμβραινας that looks like Β:εν.  I am not sure what this is and was hoping someone else may.
