Configuring a Device for Syriac Computing
In order to transcribe Syriac manuscripts using the VMR a device must be configured for Syriac computing.
Unicode fonts are required. Sets of usable Unicode Meltho Syriac fonts are available freely for download on the Beth Mardutho (Syriac Institute) website:
